Nicolas Marty – Marty Legal
Attorney admitted to the Marseille Bar, specialising in maritime law, acting both in litigation and advisory matters within complex and international legal environments.

He is the founder of Marty Legal, a law firm dedicated to maritime and superyacht law, yacht transactions, tax and customs matters, as well as procedures relating to the seizure, freezing and sale of vessels.
The assignments are led by Emmanuelle Votat, an independent auctioneer, notably serving as Head of the Yachting Department and partner at De Baecque et Associés (Lyon – Paris – Marseille), who has handled the sale of several vessels on behalf of AGRASC.
She has been involved for several years in the management, preservation and disposal of complex maritime assets, within judicial, regulatory or constrained frameworks.
