Legal Team
The assignments are led by Emmanuelle Votat, auctioneer and Head of the Yachting Department, partner at De Baecque et Associés (Lyon – Paris – Marseille), who has handled the sale of several vessels on behalf of AGRASC.
She has been involved for several years in the management, preservation and disposal of complex maritime assets, within judicial, regulatory or constrained frameworks.

The interventions are carried out by a lean core structure, supplemented on a case-by-case basis by high-level independent experts, selected according to the nature of the asset, the procedural framework and the applicable legal, technical or international constraints.

Legal team

Technical & Operations
Depending on the nature of the asset, the operational team may include:

specialist contractors in maintenance, preservation and return to service.

Where the situation so requires, the vessel’s operational management may be entrusted to a specialized management provider, recognized for its rigor and maritime expertise.
